Dual Disc Bottle Separator

This disc type bottle separator uses two discs to allow space between containers for packaging functions such as filling, capping or labeling. The system can be manufactured using several different designs, including the use of two single disc separators. The dual disc system adds support to containers as they are separated and allows heavier and larger containers to be moved across deadplates connecting conveyors.
